The Esplanade IV commercial building, located in the La Jolla Commons, includes 62,000 square feet of laboratory, office and vivarium space and 53,000 square feet of subterranean parking. The esplanade is distinguished by an architectural cast-in-place exterior wall that features formliner and smooth-form finishes.
